Adam is the Co-Founder and CEO of TeePublic.com, an e-commerce marketplace for independent artists. Since its launch in October, 2013 over 4 billion skus have been added to the TeePublic platform and independent artists have sold over 7 million pieces of art to customers all around the world. In October, 2018 TeePublic was acquired by Redbubble for 41mn. Previously Adam was the COO of BustedTees.com which incubated TeePublic. BustedTees was founded in 2004 by the team at CollegeHumor.com and Vimeo and worked with comedians from CH, FunnyorDie and Uprights Citizens Brigade to turn funny content into commerce. In 2015 Adam Co-Founded and incubated TheLoyalist.com, an online tool that enables athletes, celebrities and organizations teams to manage and sell merchandise. Adam was named to Forbes 30Under30 in 2016, he is an operating partner for Primary Ventures, a Mentor for ERA Ventures and has taught E-commerce courses at General Assembly. Adam is also on the advisory board of Bombas.com, Attentive.com and Pathspark. Adam previously co-founded Source4Style.com (now Le Souk) and Otis & Eleanor who makes The Bongo, a bluetooth speaker made from sustainable materials.
Danielle Leslie is an entrepreneur and Founder of Culture Add Labs. Her clients have earned collectively millions of dollars from online courses, and her courses have over 50,000 people enrolled around the world. Melanie Moore is the founder of Elizabeth & Clarke. Elizabeth & Clarke is a RTW womenswear brand based in New York. They design chic and accessible closet essentials for working women. They have a unique focus on utilizing technical fabrics and the latest in textile engineering to solve real-world problems. Their line is sold direct-to-consumer through our website and carried by QVC. They have sold over 100,000 garments to women all over the world and are on track to hit $2MM+ in revenue in 2019. As an investment banker after college, Melanie quickly realized the corporate grind was not her calling. Before founding Elizabeth & Clarke, she spent time at Bill Blass and then started a company called ToVieFor. She is a math nerd at heart and love node.js, serif fonts and all things Alexander McQueen.
Willow is the Co-founder & Chief Strategy Officer of Scout Lab, a creative agency for purpose driven brands in the digital age. She has spent her career connecting the next generation brands and consumers through immersive content and experiences including Airbnb, Adidas and Red Bull. She now acts as an advisor to companies that use storytelling and emerging technology to solve global issues. Richard Kerby is a Partner at Equal Ventures, a seed stage focused venture fund based in New York. Prior To co-founding Equal Ventures Richard was a Vice President at Venrock where he led investments in 6Sense, Amino Apps, Beckon, Burner, Luxe Valet, and Salsify. Prior to joining Venrock, Richard was an Associate at Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), where he focused primarily on identifying and evaluating later-stage investments. While at IVP, Richard worked with IVP portfolio companies such as Dropbox, FleetMatics, PopSugar, Shazam, and Yext. Prior to joining IVP, Richard worked in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse. Richard earned a B.A. in Economics and Government from Georgetown University.
Raechel is a partner at Olivine Marketing, a collective that helps brands with messaging, product launches, and customer videos. Previously she lived in San Francisco where she was a product marketer at Intercom, bringing the help center product, Articles, and customer experience bot, Operator, to market. After Intercom she was the Director of Marketing at FinTech startup, Jirav. Raechel earned a degree in finance and worked in the finance industry before discovering her passion for marketing. Raechel now leverages her unique blend of analytical skills and creativity to orchestrate large-scale go-to-market efforts. She is also the creator of Small Space, Big Taste—a blog of living large in small spaces—covering personal finance, healthy eating, and interior design.
Tani is an award-winning serial entrepreneur and business strategist who helps entrepreneurs build and scale profitable businesses. She leverages 20 years of growth strategy, business development, and experiential marketing. She has built several profitable ventures to date.

Alex is the founder of Lolli, a rewards application that makes it easy for people to earn & own bitcoin. Their mission is to share bitcoin with billions of people, all over the world. Previously, his team built Cosmic, the leading commerce gateway, that made it easy for people to buy and sell anywhere. Cosmic was acquired by PopSugar (10/15) then again by Ebates/Rakuten (2/17). Alex likes to build things with great people.
Frank Denbow is a computer scientist and entrepreneur from New Jersey. He is the founder of INK’A (inka.io), a platform for producing top quality custom apparel for companies and influencers. Frank has bootstrapped INK’A into millions in revenue and enjoys supporting other entrepreneurs in the startup ecosystem.
Born in Harlem, and raised by Jamaican & Guyanese parents in New Jersey, Frank caught the bug for entrepreneurship at an early age, selling cologne on eBay, and began programming in middle school. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon’s Computer Science program, Frank interned as a software developer at Apple before building his own companies.
